Another Green Juice Recipe (More Like Bluish Brown)

Juice 1

I filled my single serve cup for my Ninja blender with about equal amounts of:

Blueberries (Super antioxidant and brainpower food).

It is also a good source of minerals copper, potassium, iron, manganese, and phosphorus. Coconut Water (For extra flavor kick)

Then about a tablespoon of:

Chia seeds (Omega 3’s, protein and more antioxidants)

Some:

Ice (For a refreshing chill)

I place it on the blender turned on power watched all the wonderful ingredients whirl together like a fabulous shake. And Taadaa. My better than the energy coffee gives me treat is ready.

Also, but not any less important are, I want to clarify how these foundations support a well balanced self: finding and participating in fun fitting active activities, having loving communicative relationships, enjoying a harmonious career, comforting spirituality, enticing hobbies, etc.
